Belt Promotion
Belt Promotions are held in June and December
At Maui Kajukenbo, we believe our students must excel not only in martial arts, but at home and in the classroom as well.
All students grade K-5 must complete the permission to promote form and have it signed by a teacher and parent/guardian

A Kajukenbo History test is given at the same time as the belt test. Students should study not only the questions for their next belt, but all previous history questions as well.

The Techniques by Belt Test is an exact list of everything you will be tested on for your next belt rank.
