#1       (Two hand chest grab)

            Double upward palm strikes w/right front kick to groin

            Step back w/right into horse stance

            Downward break w/left, vertical punch w/right to face

#2       (Two hand chest grab)

            Double upward palm strikes w/right front kick to groin

            Step back w/right into forward stance while holding arms

            Right front thrust kick to solar plexus to knockdown

            Cover

 

#3       (Two hand chest grab and push)

            Step back w/left into forward stance and double inward strikes to arms

            Interlock fingers and pull hands back to trap hands to chest

            Strike face w/interlocking hands

            Keep hands together and right inward strike to break hold

            Shuffle in, right backfist to groin

            Left inverted punch to ribs

            Right chop to back of neck

#4       (Two hand chest grab and push)

            Reach over w/left hand to trap arms and step back w/left into forward stance

            Right hammer strike to right bicep

            Right chop to side of neck

            Right inward strike to left arm to break hold

            Shuffle in, right backfist to groin

            Left inverted punch to ribs

            Right chop to back of neck

#5       (Two hand chest grab and push)

            Reach over w/left hand to trap arms and step back w/left into forward stance

            Right upward index knuckle strike to right tricep

            Right chop to ribs

            Half step to 9:00 into broken horse stance, turn shoulders, shoot right arm up 45 degrees to break hold

            Turn arm clockwise, clearing arms, shift to broken horse facing 3:00

            Grab shoulder with left and push down

            Switch to forward stance w/right chop to back of neck, right knee to face

#6       (Two hand chest grab and pull)

            Grab attacker’s left hand w/left hand, grab elbow w/right hand to turn over arm while stepping in w/right             into horse stance

            Right forearm strike to elbow

            Right back fist to temple

            Right downward elbow to spine

            Grab waist w/right hand, lift arm w/left hand, left knee to head, and push to takedown

#7       (Two hand chest grab)

            While attacker is reaching, right open-hand upward block and left open-hand downward block, right kick to             groin keeping leg suspended

            Right poke to eyes

            Left chop to neck

            Step down w/right and ox-jaw strike to sternum to takedown

#8       (Two hand chest grab)

            Half step to 9:00 into broken horse stance, turn shoulders, shoot right arm up 45 degrees to break hold

            Turn arm clockwise, clearing arms, shift to broken horse facing 3:00

            Grab shoulder with left and push down

            Switch to forward stance w/right chop to back of neck, right knee to face

#9       (Left hand chest grab and right punch)

            Step to 1:30 into horse stance and double long outward blocks

            Grab wrist w/left hand, step in w/right, and right eagle claw strike and grab throat

            Pull w/left hand and push w/right hand while pivoting counter clockwise to takedown dropping right knee to             the ground or stomach

            Armlock across left shin

            Cover

 

#10     (Left hand chest grab and right punch)

            Step to 1:30 into horse stance and double long outward blocks

            Step in w/right and right uppercut to chin

            pivot counter clockwise and right back elbow to solar plexus

            Right flipping heel kick to groin

            Step out w/right and left back kick to solar plexus

#11     (Left hand grabbing and pulling right shoulder from behind and right punch)

            Step to 1:30 into horse stance and double long outward blocks

            Step in w/right into horse stance and right cup to the ear, right hammer strike to groin, and right backfist to             face

            Right side kick to stomach

            Cover

 

#12     (Left hand grabbing and pulling right shoulder from behind and right punch)

            Step back w/right, turn and bring right arm under and over and downward parry (Figure 8)

            Shift stance and right chop to throat

            Grab shoulder w/left, left leg sweep take down

            Cover

 

#13     (Two hand choke from behind)

            Half step forward w/right, turn counter clockwise to attacker into kneeling stance, and left upward block and             right vertical punch to groin

            Head butt stomach, grab behind knees w/both hands, and pull to takedown

            Drop into horse stance between attacker’s legs Right and left punches to groin

            Grab right foot and right punch to ankle

            Throw foot to right shuffle horse stance to attacker’s side and right punch to ribs

#14     (Rear bear hug)

            Scrape shin w/heel, right stomp to foot, step out w/right and shoot both arms upward to break hold

            Left back elbow to solar plexus

            Left backfist to groin

            Step behind attacker w/left and right scooping index knuckle punch to sternum

            Push shoulder down w/left hand

            Right chop to back of neck, right knee to face, and push to takedown

#15     (Rear bear hug)

            Scrape shin w/heel going, right stomp to foot, step out w/right and shoot both arms upward to break hold

            Left backfist to groin

            Step back in w/right, grab wrist w/left hand and shoulder w/right arm and over the shoulder throw
