#1       (Two hand chest grab)

  1. Double upward palm strikes w/right front kick to groin

  2. Step back w/right into forward stance and double downward palm strikes to break

  3. Cover

 

#2       (Rear bear hug)

  1. Step to the left into horse stance and double forward punches to break hold

  2. Right back elbow to solar plexus

  3. Step forward w/right, then left, into horse stance w/right side facing attacker

  4. Right side kick to stomach

  5. Cover

 

#3       (Two hand chest grab)

  1. Double upward palm strikes w/right front kick to groin

  2. Step back w/right into forward stance while holding arms

  3. Right front thrust kick to solar plexus to knockdown

  4. Cover

 

#4       (Rear bear hug)

  1. Step to the left into horse stance and double forward punches to break hold

  2. Right back elbow to solar plexus

  3. Right back fist to face

  4. Step forward w/right, then left, into horse stance w/right side facing attacker

  5. Right side kick to stomach to knockdown

  6. Cover

#5       (Two hand chest grab)

  1. Step back w/left into forward stance and double inward strikes to arms

  2. Interlock fingers and pull hands back to trap hands to chest

  3. Strike face w/interlocking hands

  4. Keep hands together and right inward strike to break hold

  5. Cover

 

#6       (Rear bear hug)

  1. Step to the left into horse stance and double forward punches to break hold

  2. Right back elbow to solar plexus

  3. Right hammer to groin

  4. Step forward w/right, then left, into horse stance w/right side facing attacker

  5. Right side kick to stomach to knockdown

  6. Cover

#7       (Two hand chest grab)

  1. Step back w/left into forward stance, reach over with left and trap hands against chest

  2. Right hammer to opposite bicep

  3. Right chop to neck

  4. Right inward block to break grip

  5. Cover

 

#8       (Rear bear hug)

  1. Step to the left into horse stance and double forward punches to break hold

  2. Right back elbow to solar plexus

  3. Right hammer to groin

  4. Step in and hip throw

  5. Cover
